“Send me to Lorde” Official Contest Rules

Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal US residents who reside within the Lightning 100 terrestrial listening area and who are 18 years or older by March 5th 2018. Employees of Tuned In Broadcasting, Two Rivers Ford, and immediate family members and household members of either entity are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

Contest Period: The contest will begin at 12am on March 5th 2018 and go through midnight March 31, 2018.

How to Enter: You will automatically be entered into the contest once you complete one of the following:

  1. Follow @tworiversford on facebook, twitter, or instagram
  2. Then tag @tworiversford with your best selfie using #tworiverstix
  3. Enter via the Lightning 100 website and follow entry instructions.

Contestants may enter with each of these entry forms once per day throughout the contest with a different photo.

Grand Prize: There will be four Grand Prizes. Each Grand prize will consist  of 1 pair (2) tickets to the Lorde Concert at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday April 15th. Tickets will be in the Two Rivers Ford Suite.

Winner Selection: A total of 4 winners will be selected during the contest period. The Winner(s) will be selected at the sole discretion of the Tuned In Broadcasting from the photos submitted and website submissions by 11:59 am on March 31st, 2018. Winner selection cannot be disputed. Chances of winning are dependant on the number of entries submitted. Only four total winners will be chosen out of the total amount of submissions. Each entry on each different platform will count as one individual entry.

One winning photo per week for four weeks will be announced on or around March12, March19th, March 26th, and April 2nd  on Lightning 100.  Prizes are non-transferrable. Each winner will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement that indemnifies the Two Rivers Ford and Tuned In Broadcasting, and affiliated companies from any damages or claims. A selection of photos will be displayed on the Team Green Adventures Instagram Page

Entry Conditions and Release. By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless Station, sponsor., and its subsidiaries, related and affiliated companies, participating sponsors, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Contest, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, non-use or misuse of the prize.

Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
