In spirit of LabCanna’s grand opening founder and co-owner, Joshua Camp stopped by the Lightning 100 studio today to chat with Casey about some special events LabCanna will be hosting and the growth they are experiencing. LabCanna has been in “soft opening” mode since January 1st but is preparing to unveil some exciting new levels to their business. LabCanna has just opened a new processing plant and acquired a new piece of property for a hemp farm where they will soon begin growing, but until then they have some exciting events going on.

Friday, March 1st LabCanna’s East Nashville store ( located at 1006 Gallatin Ave.) will have discounts on their products, artwork on display presented by Fort Houston, and craft beer from Little Harpeth Brewing.

Saturday, March 2nd there will be DJ sets at the store from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm followed by a benefit show at Acme Feed and Seed from 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm featuring: DYLAN LEBLANC, LEAH BLEVINS, DESERT NOISES, CHARLIE WHITTEN, and ZACH MCCABE. Exclusive CBD cocktails will be sold and a portion of proceeds will go to SOAR (“Sounds of Acoustic Recovery enriches the lives of veterans, service members, and their families through music, the arts, and community.”)

Sunday, March 3rd there will be free yoga with refreshments provided by The Urban Juicer.

LabCanna is very involved in the community have established themselves as a pioneer in CBD education. They hold themselves to a high standard which is felt immediately upon walking into their store.
