I just wanted to send a short note to thank you very much for an OUTSTANDING Live on the Green series this year! Thank you for all the great work, and I hope it happens again next year.
Thank you for all that you do! It is much appreciated.

I’d been waiting to see the playlist for the October 8th Retro Lightning broadcast, but it got skipped! 1991 was the theme. Anybody have that? Looking for a song that didn’t show up on the Recently Played list for that day.

    Thanks, Rick

Hey David. Heard your little spill on the guy who gave up the “Wiki Leaks” info and the song that was penned about him being “almost gone” today. As a Veteran and a fellow free thinker, I hope you also appreciate the danger he put a lot of people in and the lives he likely cost. While he might not want to serve a “military machine”, he did join it voluntarily. Unlike Vietnam, no one is being drafted into these wars. And he most certainly could have chosen to stand down and quit involving himself with that which he found so horrible and not have hurt the other people who were depending on him. I agree he is entitled to due justice and fair treatment under the terms to which he agreed by enlisting in the military. I also think his fellow military members who were depending on him deserve fair consideration in your comments. Maybe you can mention them next time. Thanks.

    • David Hall says:

Scott, I completely agree with you. I was just reporting what Graham Nash said in regard to why he wrote the song. Those weren’t my thoughts. Love Graham, but he’s still ultra-liberal and very anti-war, a hold over from the Vietnam days. Me, I’m a whole lot less liberal than I was in those days. I’m complicated. Liberal about some things, conservative about others. I’ve always had grave concerns about this whole wiki leaks stuff.

  9. Scott says:

Very nice of you to respond David. These are complicated times and no easy answers. Appreciate the music and relaxation you and your team bring to my day as I listen online and work!

  10. I live in Davidson County, and I have written a novel, A Spy At Home, that is available on Amazon as an ebook. I would like to promote this book by giving away free copies. I believe your listeners would enjoy this novel, and I’d like to offer it on your radio station. How can I make this “freebie” available on WRLT 100.1 FM?
