RETRO LIGHTNING – 1972

(Show #970; aired on  06-02-2012)

.

In my opinion, 1972 was one of the best years for Progressive Rock!  I was very fortunate as the year brought a lot of musical discovery my way!  As a mid-teen, my musical tastes were beginning to take shape…and it was a blast!  With that said, here’s a good cross-section of the great sounds that came out in 1972.  Enjoy the show, and feel free to share this playlist with your friends! — Fred
