One of Lightning 100′s favorite local artists, Jeremy Lister, moves forward in NBC’s Sing Out! Formed in May of 2010, this group of six contains two sets of siblings. All from the Southeast U.S., the members bring a unique, laid-back southern soul to the group. Street Corner Symphony offers a diverse repertoire, while maintaining their rich heritage in gospel music. Jeremy recently started performing with other Nashville artists doing tributes nights at Mercy Lounge. I’ve had the opportunity to see his group do “The Bends” by Radiohead and “Ten” by Pearl Jam.
