The Cactus Blossoms stopped into our ONErpm studio to chat with Ana Lee and play singles “Stoplight Kisses” and “Mississippi” live. The group from St. Paul, Minnesota has found their niche in the modern music world with a vintage, Western sound influenced by The Everly Brothers and Waylon Jennings. Brothers Jack Torrey and Page Burkum have tight, melancholic harmonies reminiscent of an older era in the music industry with older brother Tyler Burkum on lead guitar. Their rockabilly sound won the crowd over at Lightning 100’s Nashville Sunday Night live broadcast at iconic venue 3rd and Lindsley. Album You’re Dreaming is The Cactus Blossoms’ first full length album.
