Folk singer and songwriter Aoife O’Donovan has been an important part of the folk and bluegrass communities for several years. Guest vocalist on the 2013 Grammy winning Goat Rodeo Sessions, O’Donovan is a current member of the groups Crooked Still and Sometymes Why and has played with Chris Thile, Sara Watkins, and Sarah Jarosz among others. She has most recently released a live solo album, Man In A Neon Coat: Live From Cambridge, on Yep Roc Records. An artist whose performances are even more enchanting live, O’Donovan captivated the Nashville Sunday Night audience with her relaxed, yet composed instrumentation. O’Donovan’s voice was the focus of her performance, illuminating her lyrics with life and emotion, and is the perfect sound for any Sunday night.

Nashville Sunday Night is a special presentation of Nashville’s Independent Radio, Lightning 100. Each Sunday night Lightning 100 broadcasts a concert from 3rd and Lindsley, one of Nashville’s finest live music venues. Along with Coast Modern, the October 9th show featured The Temper Trap.
