Luke Atlas and Coleman Trapp are Coast Modern, an indie-pop duo from Los Angeles. Performing live for the first time at South by Southwest in March 2016, the group has since garnered attention supporting BØRNS, The Wombats, and The Temper Trap on tour. At Nashville Sunday Night, Coast Modern brought a relaxed enthusiasm to the stage with their beach-pop sound. Having only released four singles, their full set at Nashville Sunday Night included both released and unreleased material.
Nashville Sunday Night is a special presentation of Nashville’s Independent Radio, Lightning 100. Each Sunday night Lightning 100 broadcasts a concert from 3rd and Lindsley, one of Nashville’s finest live music venues. Along with Coast Modern, the October 9th show featured The Temper Trap.
