Reservations is back! This week, Jayson welcomes Brian Riggenbach and Mikey Corona from The Mockingbird Nashville set to open this summer!
Chef Maneet Chauhan and the team behind Chauhan Ale & Masala House have tapped culinary duo Riggenbach (executive chef/partner and Chopped winner) and his husband Corona (front of house extraordinaire/partner), known for the Yo Soy Underground Supper Club in Chicago, to spearhead and become her “Partners in Dine” for their new modern, elevated diner concept called The Mockingbird Nashville. As a mockingbird mimics its surroundings, the menu will draw inspiration from that of a classic diner, featuring comfort foods creatively executed with a unique global spin. While the restaurant will remain casual and relaxed, reminiscent of an American diner, the dishes will be carefully crafted and artfully presented. The beverage program will feature playful punches as well as frozen cocktails and adult milkshakes as a nod to the past but with a present palate.
