This week, Adam and Jayson welcome Chef BJ Loftback from Funk Seoul Brother, food truck turned brick and mortar in Nashville. Loftback talks about the concept of the restaurant and describes it as “Korean street food filtered through a white guy from Detroit.” He says the name is his way of saying, “Hey, we’re in on the joke, but give our food a shot.” Loftback describes his food in almost a musical way and explains that that level of creativity drew him to the city. Check out their full menu and see where the next truck stop will be here.
