Frightened Rabbit Interview and Performance

Frightened Rabbit were kind enough to come in and play a few songs for us in the Lightning 100 studios… and they let me talk to them too.  Check it out a live version of “Candlelit” and “Backyard Skulls” on 100.1 FM

Frightened Rabbit – The Woodpile

Lightning 100 debuts “The Woodpile” by Frightened Rabbit on 100.1 FM. You are currently reading about Frightened Rabbit. They are a band who live in Glasgow and have done for some time. They record in bedrooms, cupboards and kitchens. Anyone can be in Frightened Rabbit. They have played some live shows in this city, but want to meet people from other cities, in order that they can come and blow into tubes when they play live. Lets keep pop music alive by getting it out of that dress and into a sweater.

More Frightened Rabbit…

You should be hearing this very soon…

Frightened Rabbit – The Woodpile

The new record Pedestrian Verse drops in February and they’re playing our Nashville Sunday Night live broadcast on March 24th!

Oh yeah, if you missed it…

Frightened Rabbit…

I can’t get over how much I adore this band.  This song is off a new EP they’re releasing later this month called “State Hospital”.  This is just an acoustic demo, but I think I might like it better than the EP version… DEMO DISEASE!!!  Always and forever :)

Frightened Rabbit – Boxing Night (Acoustic Demo)

One of my favorite records that exists in the world (Frightened Rabbit – The Midnight Organ Fight).  This song in particular kills me.

Frightened Rabbit – Poke

Now go listen to the rest of it!
