On this 2-for-Tuesday edition of Holiday Hops, DJ Stephanie and Matt from Rhizome Productions present Victory Beer’s Merry Monkey and Delirium Brewery’s Noel.
Up first, brewed by Victory Brewing out of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, is the Merry Monkey. This Belgian-style ale has notes of cranberry, cinnamon, orange peel and nutmeg. The well-blended, festive beverage can be found at better beer retailers and liquor stores.
The second featured beer, Delirium Noel, is brewed by a Belgian brewing company that has been in the business since 1654. Though a strong ale, the beer is well-balanced with both bitterness and sweetness. Like Victory’s Merry Monkey, this seasonal beverage can also be found at better beer retailers and liquor stores.
