This past Friday, Nordista Freeze performed for Lightning 100’s first Friday Afternoon Live. In the week leading to the performance, Lightning 100 played “Fight Song” from Freeze’s 2021 album Big Sky Pipe Dream. The Nashville native’s bright, feel-good sound has led to mass local recognition. The Music City Mayhem champion was labeled the “cosmic Tom Petty” by the Nashville Scene. Despite his numerous accolades, Freeze’s real name remains a mystery.
