Title track “Every Day Like The Last” is about the sacrifices one makes for love and “learning how to relax into imperfection.” The brand new single has an upfront acoustic sound that slowly transforms into a smooth, full piece. The bright piano, backing bass, and carefully stacked harmonies bring it all together. Wye Oak has an incredible ability to take complex feelings and mold them into music.
