Jayson’s DJ Pick of the Week!
Jayson starts the week off with country singer Maggie Rose’s new single “Help Myself.” Rose sings about all the little things she does that may somewhat be hurting her, but she can’t help herself.
Maggie Rose has been keeping herself busy during quarantine – she recently uploaded an Instagram TV video of her at home making some Nashville Hot Chicken. Throughout the video includes small clips of her performing at live venues, as well as strumming away in her kitchen while she waits on her food!
This is not all Maggie Rose has been up to, she has even performed in a virtual music festival, called Quarantine Comes Alive. The festival was hosted this past Saturday, May 30, and had over 60 artists perform. The virtual festival was held to benefit the Plus 1 COVID-19 relief fund.
Currently, not all of her tour dates have been postponed, and she plans to sweep through the Southeast late this summer. Maggie Rose sadly is not coming to Nashville but will be performing in Chattanooga July, 31 at Songbirds North.
