If you don’t get a text to confirm your phone number:
You might have opted-out of receiving text communications from us. To opt-in again, text “Start” to 615-808-8527, then try again. If it takes more than 10 minutes to receive a confirmation code after that, please notify us at [email protected]. We won’t send you any texts other than to confirm your vote.
OR:
You might not have a valid U.S. mobile phone number. You need a valid U.S. mobile phone number to submit a vote in Music City Mayhem.
If you don’t see the voting submission form on Lightning100.com/MusicCityMayhem:
You might be logged into a wifi network that has a firewall blocking that content. Try viewing the voting page on a device that is not connected to that wifi network, like a smartphone.
If you see a dark screen after you click “Vote!”
Scroll up! There is a pop-up there that should allow you to type in your phone number and proceed with your vote.
If nothing happens after you press “Submit:”
Our voting platform might take a second to process your vote. Wait a few moments, and your vote will be counted shortly.
