Nashville’s Independent Radio, Lighting 100, is proud to announce the Sixty Five Roses Showcase. This collaboration with Nashville Sunday Night is benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Tennessee. Featuring five-talented Nashville artists, the showcase is both a good time and a good cause. This event will take place at 3rd & Lindsley on July 16th at 6:30pm and will be available to livestream via Volume.com/lightning100.
Lightning 100 is proud to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Tennessee along with Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30. Lightning 100 Vice President Tom Hansen nominated Promotions Manager Delaney Fanning for this honor, and the foundation announced her acceptance on April 11th. This program brings together a number of active, hardworking, and influential young professionals to aid one cause: finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Her involvement in this program led Fanning to book Lightning 100’s Sixty Five Roses showcase in order to fundraise and bring awareness. In addition to this showcase, Lightning 100 is supporting the Foundation with a number of auction items which will be available for bidding starting on June 14th.
“As a member of a group of individuals who have been selected based on community involvement and career success, I am committed to raising funds and awareness to help the mission of the CF Foundation. I have a goal of raising $5,000 to make a difference in the lives of the 40,000 children and adults in the U.S. battling CF. It’s an honor to champion such an amazing cause, and I hope you’ll support me in my endeavor by purchasing a ticket to Nashville Sunday Night on 7/16 or making a donation!”

About The Sixty Five Roses story
The 65 Roses story dates back to 1965 when 4-year-old Ricky Weiss, hearing the name of his disease for the first time, pronounced cystic fibrosis as “65 Roses.” The term took off for young children and today, “65 Roses” is referenced by children with CF around the world to pronounce the name of their disease.
The Sixty Five Roses Showcase Lineup
Jake Etheridge – This Nashville based singer-songwriter and actor hails from South Carolina. Born into a family of musicians, Etheridge has talent in his genes. He has penned songs for TV/Film including Shameless, Pretty Little Liars, and Super Girl. His upcoming release is one to look out for, straddling on the line of emo-folk and indie-rock.
Kaylee Federmann – Boston born, Nashville based Kaylee Federmann is a storyteller by hear and songwriter by trade. Her music has been turning heads for years with songs like “Her Song” receiving high praise on TikTok. Her music style is refreshing, akin to artists like The Strokes and Taylor Swift.

ZG Smith – ZG Smith comes to us from Los Angeles as a former member of Smooth Hound Smith turned solo artist.
