Today, Matt & Jayson take their taste buds to Asheville, North Carolina’s Hi-Wire Brewing. They are enjoying one of Hi-Wire’s newest specialty beers; Chocolate Macaroon 10W-40. A dark robust Imperial Stout style beer with notes of toasted coconut, decadent chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Caramel, candied coconut and whipped cream bring a malty sweet upstart that extends on the palate like a milkshake. Delicious!
