Do you know someone who is “Making Nashville Smile?” We want to air their story on Lightning 100, and Delta Dental of Tennessee wants to sweeten the deal with a prize pack that spreads the smiles across Middle Tennessee. 1 Grand Prize Winner Will Receive:
