Born outside of Chicago and raised in northern California, I made way to middle Tennessee in early 1997 and knew right away that Music City was where I wanted to be. After a stint working for a guitar company headquartered in Nashville and then a brief stop at a record label, I began at Lightning 100 in late 2001, accepting the Promotion Director position in 2003.
While serving as Promotion Director, I had many unique opportunities, including pitching a crazy idea called Music City Mayhem..hosting a live on-air program, Live at the Bluesboro..being a correspondent for our syndicated program Music Business Radio..and covering music festivals in Austin, Las Vegas, Chicago and around a dozen or so Bonnaroos in beautiful Manchester, Tennessee. (BONNAROOOOO!!!)
I’m very proud to be part of the team that conceptualized, created and launched Live On The Green in 2009 and am also very proud to continue to work in the greatest city in America for the best radio station on the planet. These days, I host Lightning In The Morning, Monday-Friday from 6-10am. See you out there!
