photo-mar-03-1-14-15-pmThe Daybreaks’ Kaleb Jones, Heather Bond and Bobby Holland are no strangers to the Nashville music scene. Both Jones and Bond have had very successful solo careers- Jones was also the the frontman of Lorien, The Young International and INTL. Multi-instrumentalist Holland has played with numerous bands around town including one of our favorites, Milktooth. Not to mention, his mixing and producing credits that run the gamut from Meghan Linsey, to Sam and Ruby, to Reece Mastin.

We were instant fans of The Daybreaks at Lightning 100 and have been *impatiently* waiting for some new music from this Nashville supergroup for some time now. They did not disappoint when the group debuted their new single “Panic” on the615 show earlier this week.

“Panic” is the perfect song to showcase the best parts of this band: harmony-rich vocals, instrumental prowess and Holland’s incredible production skills. The build is instant and never stops. The Daybreaks’ harmonies hit you immediately, welcoming you to this quintessential dance rock jam. The vocal blend of Jones and Bond stacked on top of their synth-heavy pop sounds catches you instantly and leaves you feeling enchanted and begging for more.

We’ve been spinning the track all week exclusively on 100.1 FM, and now you can listen on demand below!
