Nashville-based band Waker (formerly known as KOA) crammed in to the ONErpm studio to debut their new song “Wake Me Up” and perform “False Calls” live on Lightning 100 ahead of their performance at our Spring Block Party this Saturday at Marathon Village!
Waker was founded by childhood friends and songwriting duo Chase Bader and Conor Kelly. The group mashes soul, rock and roll and funk into an eclectic, danceable sound, focusing on songs that aim for the heart, head and feet.
