Local groove-masters, The Aquaducks, showcased their funky style and soulful tunes at Lightning 100’s Nashville Sunday Night, live from 3rd and Lindsley on August 28. Their set, which was performed in a jam-band manner comparable to Phish, Lettuce, and even the Grateful Dead, featured hit tunes such as “Bill’s Toupee” and “Nightlife”, which have received some serious on-air love from Lightning 100.

The Aquaducks incorporated various elements of unique style into their performance, showcasing their creative and multifaceted skillset; the reggae-style bass, old-school brass section, 80’s pop guitars, funky staccato drums and soul-infused vocals had the audience up on their feet and grooving right along throughout the entire night.

Nashville Sunday Night is a special presentation of Nashville’s Independent Radio, Lightning 100. Each Sunday night Lightning 100 broadcasts a concert from 3rd and Lindsley, one of Nashville’s finest live music venues.
