Rich Mahan was raised on the west coast moving up and down California before eventually landing here in Nashville, TN where he joined us at 3rd and Lindsley for Nashville Sunday Night. Since making the move he’s released two solo LPs, 2012’s Blame Bobby Bare and 2018’s Hot Chicken Wisdom. Mahan has toured with the roots rock Jam Band Avocado Sundae and co-founded alt country band Shurman. He draws influence from blues, garage rock, country, post-British invasion bands, and jam bands such as the Grateful Dead. Listen to his full Nashville Sunday Night set below.
