Jacob Kulick “Same Way to Me” – ONErpm Hitmaker Alert
This week’s ONErpm Hitmaker is Jacob Kulick and his single “Same Way to Me.”
The Nashville-based singer songwriter has just released his newest single. “Same Way to Me” features a blend of the rock music he grew up on and the pop-melodies on the radio. It’s something Nashville locals, especially, will gravitate towards.
His discography is one laced with feelings of bittersweet nostalgia. It’s oddly reminiscent of memories and days that we’ve all experienced. His music is one that is easily digestible and easily replayable. With simple vocals and booming instrumentals, Kulick’s sound is able to soar.
On the song, Kulick notes “I wrote this song after reflecting on my career and all the touring I was able to do, and was really missing it. I also reflected on not feeling very comfortable in my own skin and trying to find acceptance in a lot of my past. At the end of the day, everything I’ve ever experienced still feels like yesterday, and still feels the same way to me.”
This track is featured on his upcoming album Nostalgia Is a Thing of the Past. Set to release on May 31, this album is set to explore the human condition. From the sneak peak we’ve gotten with “Same Way to Me,” this album is bound to be his most vulnerable work yet.
