Executive Chef Deb Paquette of Etch and etc. joins Jayson for Reservations with Lightning in the Morning! Etc. is a smaller, more intimate version of sister restaurant Etch. The restaurant opened its doors last summer. Contrary to Etch’s minimalist design, etc. provides a swankier vibe in the bright 2400 square-foot space. The 68-seat venue with 12-seat bar is located in the Atlas Building. Chef Deb brought her delicious beet salad for the staff to sample.
