Escondido stopped by WRLT on a very sad day. On April 22 2016, The Artist Formally Known As Prince was found dead in his estate in Minnesota. R.I.P. Prince Rogers Nelson. Tyler James and Jessica Maros performed “Purple Rain” by the legendary performer. Escondido also played a stripped down version of their song “Apartment”, which you’ve been hearing on 100.1 FM.
