Endings are always bittersweet. We say goodbye to the things we’ve grown accustomed to as we try to prepare for what’s to come. This week Team Lightning capped off two successful seasons in the Nashville Sports Leagues for Kickball and 6v6 Sand Volleyball. Both teams took a victory in the opening round of the playoffs before falling in well-fought games in the second round. Luckily, it’s hard to be upset for long when you realize you’ve made connections that will last past the confines of any season (see you at Nashville Soccer Club on Wednesday, Joel!).
