Lightning 100 is excited to announce Camelot as our Frothy Monkey Local Artist of the Week with their single “Bones”!

Camelot consists of Ava Frank, Lucas Hubbard, Louis Rubino, William Naaden, and Dominic Escandell. These Nashville natives have been putting out music for just around a year now, but their impact has been anything but small. It isn’t this ensemble’s first time being featured on Lightning 100. In fact, the band graced the stage of Third and Lindsley back in April as one of our Music City Mayhem finalists, placing second. Make sure to keep an eye on this band: they’re sure to do great things.

With their dynamic sound, you never know what to expect from one of their singles. From hyperpop to soft indie, Camelot can do it all. Frank’s smooth and entrancing voice gives each track that signature Camelot sound. No matter what you hear from them, it’s sure to get stuck in your head. Each of their releases is equally fascinating and unique.

“Bones” is their latest release. This song is gloomy yet exciting. It ebbs and flows from dark, moody, and slow to riveting and dramatic. Frank’s charming vocals perfectly pair with the glum sound and grunge guitar. “Bones” feels like a rainy fall day, like watching witchy 90s movies. This tune packs a punch with all the feels and all the indie rock vibes.

Catch Camelot this Thursday, July 18th at the East Room with fellow Music City Mayhem finalists Drugstore Cowboy and Genevieve Hayward!
