After gaining momentum in Baltimore, the ‘60s inspired duo The Dune Flowers relocated to Nashville to try their luck in Music City. With a sound that can be compared to modern acts like Allah-Las and early Twin Peaks, the band (Tyler Drager and Oscar Schoenfelder), settled quite nicely into Nashville’s underground scene.

It was there that they joined forces with local DIY label Cold Lunch Recordings for the release of their self-titled album. “Oh No” is the lead single from The Dune Flowers. Complete with fuzzy guitars and elements of spaghetti western flare, the song perfectly bridges the gap between early garage rock and psychedelia with a modern take on a classic topic – the love of your favorite sweetie. Give it a listen below and let us know what you think!
