Local Artist of the Week, Andrew Leahey headlined Nashville Sunday Night on March 3, 2019 at 3rd and Lindsley. His new album, Airwaves, was written in the aftermath of an almost fatal brain surgery and channels the 80’s radio sounds of his childhood. Leahey was raised in Richmond, VA, listening to the big guitars, big drums, and bigger hooks of 80s rock artists like Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty.
