Emily King brought the upstate New York scenery to 3rd and Lindsley for Nashville Sunday Night. The sold out crowd welcomed it – and her – with all the enthusiasm they could muster. The sound of her recent album Scenery draws influence not only from her surroundings, but the music she hears driving around the country roads near her new, isolated, home. She incorporates the classic rock power of artists such as Tom Petty and Tina Turner to make something irresistible. King is a Grammy nominated artist and has toured with Alabama Shakes, Maroon 5, Sara Bareilles, and John Legend. Check out her full Nashville Sunday Night set below!
Nashville Sunday Night is a special presentation of Nashville’s Independent Radio, Lightning 100. Each Sunday night Lightning 100 broadcasts a concert from 3rd and Lindsley, one of Nashville’s finest live music venues.
