Ana Lee here with my DJ pick this week, and I’ve chosen another track from indie supergroup BNQT called “L.A. On My Mind.” Members of Midlake rounded up their friends to form the group (pronounced “banquet”) consisting of five lead singers–Ben Bridwell of Band of Horses, Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand, Jason Lytle of Grandaddy, Fran Healy of Travis and Midlake’s Eric Pulido.
