Rev here with my DJ pick of the week from 21-year-old blues prodigy Christone “Kingfish” Ingram. “Outside Of This Town” is the lead single from his debut album, Kingfish,out now via Alligator Records.
The track is an autobiographical tale of his childhood in Clarksdale, Mississippi, where he fell in love with the blues and artists like Buddy Guy, who is featured on the album.
