IMG_0476Reservations with Lightning in the Morning welcomes Edgar Pendley aka “The Maintenance Man”! Edgar can be found in the Urban Grub kitchen butchering his own meat or milling his own grits – if there’s an extra step to ensure quality, chances are he’s already taken it.

He loves good food, simple as that. Today, he cooks chicken boudin with a buttermilk cheddar scramble, a new brunch item available at Urban Grub.
