Chef Justin Eaton from Cafe Lula inside The Ryman joins Jayson in the ONErpm studio for this segment of Reservations with Lightning In The Morning. Justin talks about some of his most famous guests, developing the menu for Cafe Lula and his favorite locally sourced vendors. Justin fed the entire Lightning 100 crew with his variation of Nashville’s famous hot chicken, kale and tomato salad, smoked gouda mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts!
