This week, Jayson is joined by Ryan Bernhardt owner and chef of the new restaurant TKO, a unique Southern-inspired Chinese restaurant in East Nashville’s Inglewood neighborhood. The idea for the restaurant started with Ryan creating menus for Chinese New Year dinners at Margot’s Cafe.
