Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad

Springer Mountain Farms Thin Sliced Boneless, Skinless Breasts

1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries

1/2 Cup Blueberries

1/4 Cup Pineapple

1/4 Cup Tangerines

1/2 Bunch Romaine Lettuce

1/2 Bunch Iceberg Lettuce

1/8 Cup Walnuts

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/4 Cup Milk

2 Tsp. Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds

Grill chicken and set aside. Wash, dry and break lettuce into bite size pieces. Add fruit. Combine remaining ingredients together and mix well to blend flavors and pour over salad. Toss all together. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Top with chicken for a great entree!
