This week, Adam and Jayson welcome back Brian Riggenbach, executive chef and founder of The Mockingbird Nashville flavored by Springer Mountain Farms.
As a mockingbird mimics its surroundings, the menu draws inspiration from that of a classic diner, featuring comfort foods creatively executed with a unique global spin. The beverage program features playful punches as well as frozen cocktails and adult milkshakes as a nod to the past but with a present palate. Riggenbach talks about The Mockingbird’s new Tiki Taco Tuesday which features $2 tacos and $5 “Make ‘Em Holler” tiki drinks as well as upcoming Fathers’ Day specials.
