The Head and the Heart stopped by the studio to chat with Lt. Dan and to give an incredible live performance of the songs “All We Ever Knew”, “Magic Library” and “Rhythm & Blues” from their newest album Signs of Light.  Their third full-length album, first major-label release with Warner Bros. Records was written in Stinson Beach after the band took a brief creative hiatus and then was recorded here in Nashville with producer Jay Joyce. Demos from the band’s time in California were later released as the project called Stinson Beach Sessions. You can check out the videos of The Head and the Heart‘s in-studio performance below!
