JD McPherson Performs ‘What Am I Living For’ and ‘Crazy Horse’ In-Studio

jd-mcphersonJD McPherson was kind enough to visit the ONErpm studio ahead of his performance at Lightning 100’s Music City Salutes show tonight, Nov. 11 at Marathon Music Works with Nikki Lane and Langhorne Slim. McPherson chats with Lt. Dan about breaking into Sean Scolnick’s (aka Langhorne Slim) house, the music scene in Oklahoma and his love of Nashville.

McPherson also plays a stripped down version of Chuck Willis’ tune “What Am I Living For” and his song “Crazy Horse” which he wrote for the cartoon The Mr. Peabody & Sherman Show.
