Multi Ultra is a local alternative rock band and Lighting 100’s own 2023 Music City Mayhem winner. Their sound can be described as high energy, pop rock. Pulling inspiration from bands like Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephant, The Killers, and Blink 182, Multi Ultra has made a name for themselves in the Nashville music scene. The group will be kicking off their spring tour at 3rd and Lindsley Sunday, March 9th for Nashville Sunday Night!
“Better Late Than Never” is an upbeat track that taps into that classic alternative rock sound with a modern indie twist. The song breaks down the idea of moving at a slower pace and avoiding feeling discouraged and behind. “Had to wait but never better / Better Late / Better Late Than Never.” In their post about the new single, Multi Ultra explains that “Life is a marathon, not a sprint.” Multi Ultra encourages their listeners to find purpose in each moment, rather than their final destination.
