A triple threat, Waterhouse has seen success in acting, modeling, and music. Growing up in Chiswick, London, she was scouted as a model while going shopping. At just 16, her whole life changed. After going on to model for brands like Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger, Laura Mercier and Ferragamo, Waterhouse began to explore acting and music. She most recently starred in Daisy Jones and The Six as Karen Sirko. Her first single “Brutally” came out in 2016, starting her musical journey. Putting out her first album in 2022 entitled I Can’t Let Go, Waterhouse has continued to hone her sound.
Belle and Sebastian have a legacy spanning 30 years, cementing them as a pillar of counter culture. The band won the Best Newcomers BRIT Award in 1999, and have continued their success since. Not only putting out unique albums and singles, the band has contributed to soundtracks and scores for an array of films including Juno, The Power of Nightmares, Days Of Bagnold Summer. After working hard to track him down, Waterhouse found Belle and Sebastian member Stewart’s email and asked to work together. Produced by Belle and Sebastian and written by both Waterhouse & Belle and Sebastian, the tune combines Waterhouse’s dreamy vocals and Belle and Sebastians easy breezy arrangement.
