Adam here with my DJ pick of the week from Strand of Oaks. Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Timothy Showalter recruited My Morning Jacket guitarist Carl Broemel, bassist Tom Blankenship, keyboardist Bo Koster and drummer Patrick Hallahan for his most recent effort Eraserland, out now via Dead Oceans.
The 11-track LP is the follow-up to 2017’s Hard Love and 2018’s Harder Love and marks Showalter’s most accessible music to date. “Hyperspace Blues” is the perfect example with laidback lyrics and glam-rock riffs. Listen below and let us know what you think!
