Michigander stopped by the morning show today to chat with Jayson and Mel and perform a couple songs. A longtime Lightning fan, Michigander debuted “Stay Out of It” for the first time on the radio. He also performed “In My Head” a song he wrote with Manchester Orchestra.
He dedicated the latter track to one of his favorite On-Air talents at Lightning – Higgins.
“This is for Higgins,” said guitarist Jake LeMond. “Enjoy your vacation.”
Michigander is headed out on tour this fall and though he won’t be playing a show in Nashville, you can be sure one is on the way.
