This week’s local artist of the week, Jess Nolan, is a 23-year-old New Jersey native and Nashville transplant. We were lucky enough to discover Jess through our Road to Roo competition. Our love deepened after she nearly took the crown in Music City Mayhem 2016. She’s labeled as an old soul and has been compared to strong female songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Carole King.
