Lightning 100 is excited to announce Fealty as our Frothy Monkey Local Artist of the Week with his song “Somehow It Feels Like Nothing”!
Fealty is Nashville based project created by Thad Kopec. The project is Kopec’s most recent vision for his musical expression seeks to expand his decade long musical evolution and collaborative journey. The EP was produced by Nashville based expat, Bennett Littlejohn who is known for his work with Hovvdy and Katy Kirby. The debut release from Kopec features four songs including “Somehow It Feels Like Nothing”.
“Somehow It Feels Like Nothing” is tension filled track that features heavy hitting lyrics that describe a strained relationship between two people. The dissonance within the relationship is not only expressed through the charged lyrics but also through the song’s experimental instrumentation.
