Wild Love – “I Hate That I Need You”: Local Artist of the Week

Wild Love is back with their new single “I Hate That I Need You,” crowning them Lightning 100’s Local Artist of the Week. The Nashville-based band consists of songwriter and frontman Brandon Gorman, Michael Crecca on guitars, and bassist Saygīn Geçener. The members of the band hail from all across the world, with Brandon from Ireland, Michael from New York, and Saygīn from Turkey, each bringing their own diverse musical influences to the group. Collectively, Wild Love possesses a signature, refreshing sound that effortlessly blends pop and rock.

“I Hate That I Need You” is an upbeat single with clever lyrics, driving guitars, and passionate vocals performed by Brandon that are perfectly supported by the vocal production choices. Wild Love has declared that the band has entered into a “new era” and that this latest single, released September 1st, is just the beginning. Wild Love played The Basement East alongside The Foxies on September 10th and told fans via Instagram that they “will see you soon,” so it sounds like more shows are in the works for the group.
