Lt. Dan’s DJ Pick of the Week!
Lt. Dan gets into this week with a spunky DJ pick, “Black Cat” by The Band of Heathens. The song gives some edgy, upbeat vibes, and remember to keep an eye out for their sixth studio release Stranger. The song is based on a tall tale of a New York immigrant. The band heard the story and were so mesmerized, they wrote the song and recorded it the very next day!
Keeping up with their fans, The Band of Heathens has started a weekly live stream called the Good Time Supper Club. The live stream is every Tuesday at 7:30pm. The band logs on from their separate homes and plays music together, jokes around and tells stories. Fans can request songs, too! You can even chip in to the band and crew on Venmo or PayPal.
Okay maybe you’ve seen a million livestreams at this point, but with The Band of Heathens, you can buy your own personal concert! Visit their website to see all your options for your own personal concert. The price ranges from $100 to $200, and ten different households can join!
