As we prepare for the weekend here at Lightning 100, grills are getting lit all over town. After five days with Chris and James of Porter Road, we have almost mastered the art of grilling, and are ready with our back-up beers (and our back-up, back-up beers).

But before you stab into your steak, make sure you follow the necessary post-grill and pre-consumption protocols as discussed in this week’s episode!
